Habitat: Roadside, full sun, in fence line. Gravelly soil; some bunch grass. Few scattered plants.
Description: Small annual to short-lived perennial herb, low, bushy, to 25 cm tall. Much branched with branchlets terminating with bright blue 5-petaled, 25 mm flowers with golden-yellow centers. Leaves slender; sand or debris may adhere to stems or leaves due to short hairs present.
